Who is responsible

This website is operated by Nanjing Sinocare, which is responsible for the personal details you send us (the data controller). For any privacy question, email info@sinosurface.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and your product requirements. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.

The form does not store your IP address, browser details or cookies.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry: to send options, samples, quotations and follow-up about your order. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

This website runs on Cloudflare. Form enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare database and a copy is sent to our sales mailbox. Stored form enquiries are deleted automatically 180 days after they are received. Emails with customers are kept as long as needed for the business relationship.

Spam protection

To keep out automated spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form. Cloudflare processes the information needed for this check under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have sent us. Email info@sinosurface.comand include your enquiry reference if you have one.

Changes

We will update this notice if the way we handle enquiries changes.
